We partnered with The Badgers Den to create and deliver their launch and onboarding training programme for a premium grooming environment. This included presentations and training focused on customer service, teamwork, communication, change management and the behavioural skills required to operate in a high-profile setting. The programme also introduced the Badgers Den customer journey, the “7 Steps to Excellence” alongside on-site coaching and real-time feedback to help bring the standards of the Den to life.

Much of the work delivered for DUX is planned and managed through Okapi before being executed within the DUX organisation.
